you need to know lots of people and go through a contest that includes fighting a grizzly bear with your bare hands... then if you get in, the initiation is you have to fight a Mod and win

Just suck a few dicks. Well in my case I paid some she-male $20 off Kingsway to do the dirty deed. Haven't looked back since.

There's a screening process. It really depends on the candidates and how suitable they are for each individual mod's evaluation.
