You can try most package delivery companies => UPS, DHL, Fedex, etc. but the pay ain't great.
They usually load their package cars at that time.

I think DHL was $18 / hr start to sort packages in the evening shift. don't know about morning. didn't get the job though few years ago when I tryed. would have made a good after school job.

Airport jobs. My friend used to work at the currency exchange place. They run pretty much 24 hrs.

i've been doing a temp job handing out newspapers and they usually want most people for 6:30-9:30am. some are from 6 to 9. its good for extra cash and if u dont mind waking up early.
