Question about my driver licence.
I got suspend once before. Would i get suspend right away if i get any ticket now since i got suspend before? Next, i dispute a ticket on Aug,2008. A couple days ago, i got the notice of hearing date from court. The date is Nov,12,2009. But i can do my Class 5 exam date is Nov 21. What should i do? Should i just dont care about the notice or Should i ask them to remake the hearing date? If i dont appear on the date set for my violation ticker hearing, i would be losed. So, would i get a suspend rite away, and i can't take the Class 5 road test.

make an excuse for the court dat eon nov 12 2009 so it gets redated for a later time.

You can't just miss the hearing, they can arrest you for that
and your english is slander...

Same situation has my buddy.
He got suspended before, got another ticket for "not stopping completely at a red light before doing a right turn". Went to court, lost it. Then couple months later he received a letter saying he is suspended. But you wont be suspended IMMEDIATELY.
So if you lose this, you're likely fucked.

Oh, really. I wont be suspended immediately? So, i can still take my Class 5 road test which is on Nov 23,2009 after the coury hearing which is Nov 12,2009? But i guess i will request to redate it. See if it works out. As long as i got a class 5 driver licence, i wont be suspended even i lose.

Oh damn, wow they suspended your license for that? Lots of people do that near my area, especially when people line up behind a stop sign waiting for the light to change, they all just go together...

You still have to fully stop apparently. Did you know the cop was there?
If so...
You deserve the ticket because you knew there was a cop there yet you still didn't stop.
Or seeing your name is TRDHK, I assume you drive a Toyota.
Just tell the cop or judge VVTi kicked in.
