club pictures showed website
i see my pictures accident clubzone website friend, he showed me
how can it be so i couldn't want it to shown there
it showed not but more thin one times there
i dont think club fault just picture has been taken with my permission i hasnt consent it.

Maybe one of the people who do photography professionally can pipe up here, but I believe the Canadian laws may mean your SOL.
Basically if you are in a bar, you are in a private establishment, and I believe in Canada this gives them the right to photograph you. Same premise as "bar watch" works on.
In Canada (again someone who does this professionally please pipe up) I believe its actually the photographer who owns the pictures and retains the rights, not the person being photographed like the states.
So basically, they may take it down because they are nice, but I dont believe they have any legal obligation to remove it.

i believe once the photog uploads to cz, the pics become ours  ....
we do take down pics if people let us know.

To be honest this picture trend scares the shit out of me.
