Could get lucky at costco. I know they do get Ray-Bans once in a while. Got BOSS aviators there for $40

Yes, but they usually carry Wayfarer model instead. I got a black pair of Wayfarer for $90 at costco. Pretty cheap!

I believe so, as long as it's 2 seperate lenses, make sure you tell them to use High-index lenses so they aren't thick as fuck, and you probably want to make sure you get polarized lenses like the ray ban lenses?
