Just starting to look at the courses now before registration...

The difficulty of courses in SFU Business depends on your prof. and how smart other students in your class are. Everything is relative.
If you want better grades it's better to get a really good prof. who knows how to teach (even if they make tough exams) and to take the evening section.

Definitely do your research on the prof,
I found my personal experience at SFU depended a great deal on the prof and their teaching ability. When I was finishing my undergrad in 2006 i found an increasing amount of profs that were new to Canada, definitely educated but their lack of command over the English language was a great obstacle for their students

What concentration are you in...there's no point taking hard/easy courses that wouldn't go towards your major

Opinion, so feel free to contradict: I took the langara equivalent for bus 343 is intro to marketing so it should be similar. It can be hard if you do not read the textbook and spend time on it. It also happens to be an equivalent of a course at langara (mark1115). It's a lot like psychology where you have to memorize terminology and key concepts (promotion, distribution, product, and pricing and the sub components of each), but psychology is easier. Overall it's one of those courses where you have to spend a lot of time on. You definitely need a high literacy level and you can't be lazy. Just a heads up.

I took Business 346 this past semester and received an A+. I had Rekka Krishnan as my Prof and she was very knowledgeable. Exams were very fair and basically straight out of the text book.
