where can i buy dell replacement parts?
besides ebay or other online auctions... i dont mind buying online, i just dont want go to online auctions and have to wait and find out i have bid again... perfer a cheap place if possible
i need to get the keyboard replaced on my laptop

Dell has a service parts department. email carlos_herbert@dell.com give him your service tag and he will quote you on whatever part you need. Hes my rep for my company..
