Suppose you won. If you rent out an apartment for 6 months and use that apartment address as your primary address, are you obligated to report your subsequent addresses to the bclc when you move again ?

Me and my buddy think he won it. I took a glance at one of his tickets and from remembering the winning numbers I recognized a number or two. Also, all these weird things were happening today to him that could be seen as good luck. Funniest was when he said "just give me a sign that I won".
As soon as he said that we walked past this lady who was in a weird stretching position. Looked like she was holding up a huge sign (minus the actual sign itself).
He hasn't checked his ticket yet cause he doesn't wanna kill the dream lol
