i don't know what language he's speaking but one word that seems familiar to me is "stand" he keeps yelling at the dog to stand and to stand there.
yeah it's probably a given of what the damn guy is trying to make the dog but holy fuck did this video make me angry
post it on 4chan and hope that the dude gets hunted down

Basically the guy is trying to train the dog to stand on the hind legs. He is yelling at him to "stand up".
