I know there are some 323ci's with 200+k that might fit in budget. But those aren't exactly in the best condition.
You friend probably got a next to new m3 I assume?

yeah, i have seen CI convertibles in fantastic condition for 20K. knowing, i know the CIC is probably out of my budget, but I wouldn't mind just a regular coupe, or even a sedan if it peaks my interest
