McNish's crash = McNish's fault
Rockenfeller's crash = Ferrari's fault
Either way, if this happen on the highway, all car's to be impounded, ICBC will say it's 50/50, all of their license's most likely suspended + ticketed for racing, dangerous driving, speeding/speeding 40+, City will charge them to repair the fence, wall etc.
