Harry Rosen Commission System

Interested in hearing if anyone knows about whether Harry Rosen is commission based.

If they are, what happens for returns? Or any store that has a return based system? If say, a person bought this item for $1,000 and return it say 2 weeks later, does the Sale guy that sold to him don't get commission on that item?

The only reason I'm curious about HR's commission system is because it seems to me the refunds in that store could be as long as half a year, as long as it's still brand new.... If it works in the system as mentioned (like the commission gets taken away), that means the sales could get his commission taken away if the person decides to return it after half a year?

Anyone knows about this and can share your thoughts would be great.

for commission based companies the receipt will have the salesman number that the credit will go towards when a return is made.

Yea, nothing worse than having an awesome day of sales only to break even or even be in the negative's at the end of the day due to returns.
