I just called in, first try and was on hold for 2 minutes. She gave me $25 credit, said it was only for Voice term. W/e not bad for 2 minutes of work lol. Going to try for my family now

my wife tried and they said the message was sent out to everyone in error, but they can give her unlimited incoming calling forever with no additional fee, which she didn't have before so she said ok thanks, better than nothing.
edit: she received a follow up email stating it was only for 3 months despite being told otherwise on the phone. well played rogers, you bastards

on a another note.
i just sold a phone on craigs, and it turns out the guy works in the rogers retentions department. he hooked me up with free 6 months +extra 100 min. BAUSS!
