I'd rock that.
I'd also drive the Impreza and the Celica too, no problem. I saw one that looked like this once, in Rio de Janeiro of all places, and I thought it was awesome:

would like to see an Alfa Romeo done up like that, I remember playing GT2 as a kid and the front end of the Alfra Romeo always reminded me a set of stairs haha

If your friend's adamant on the opinions of others, then he's doing it for the satisfaction of others, not for his own. If he really wanted a BMW safety car design, he wouldn't have even bothered asking, he would've just done it.

He worried so much that he would get too much heat from driving it.
And my other group of friend (nasioc) had similar problem with cops VI her car whenever she drives it.
So, if I should even spend my time and effort to do this job!

Don't drive like an asshole, don't mod the car to the point that it calls for negative attention. Like lowering it too much, for example. Livery I think is irrelevant.
