Shift the centre of your Xbox screen settings onto the intersection. Then you can easily quick-scope in Call or Duty.

My company uses Eltek for most of our repairs. They're pretty decent and surprisingly quick.

google your model number and see if this is a common issue.
My friend did this a few years ago with his samsung. Turns out it was a few blown capacitors. He got the replacement capacitor from a computer power supply.

if it's out of warranty don't forget your CC might have ext'd warranty
