US Phone Plans
Cousin just got to the states, Washington state specifically, and doesn't know anything about which phone company to join and I have no clue too. Anyone know the best deal for a data plan down there? He has an iPhone if that makes a difference. Not sure if he can use his iPhone from HK in the states.
