Original Resident Evil HD Remake (new gen + pc)
if ur a fan of the resident evil series, good news, the original game has been remade in HD for PS4, XBONE, and PC.

graphics looks pretty good for a remastered? game.
it'll be out tomorrow (jan 20) but i cant find it for sale or listed available on any websites other than on steam.

Looks decent for remastered... But, I was expecting to see some better graphics.
Anyways the original RE was a great game because of the game play. It was also the scariest of all RE games that I've played. So, I guess that much should be retained in this version.

I wish Square would do this to FFVII.
If you look at the original remake... PS3... it's not much better. (edit - sorry, for gamecube actually)

Nevertheless, I'd still buy it. I love RE.

u got to remember its a remaster of the original RE that was available on dreamcast, i believe that version already has updated textures and graphics, they just uped the resolution to 1080P for this version only.
the gameplay is also based on the dreamcast version of RE where there are "crimson" zombies. they come back alive, and stronger too, if u do not burn the bodies.

If somehow Square Enix produces and releases a terrible terrible game or in some dire financial shithole
this isn't happening
an FF7 Remake plan is probably in a "break in case of emergency only" case

I doubt the gameplay will age well.. Hell even the new RE games have horrible controls... But maybe for nostalgia's sake it might be worth it for some

I actually like the controls and game play of RE. It has a more suspense concept.
The new ones like RE4 and RE5 just takes out the horror in RE. Up to revelation, revelation is just horrible... stopped my RE streak there.
