You are looking for a mic input not output.
Look for a mic input jack on the camera. It should be the same size as the headphone jack on the phone.

What camcorder are you using? Most have an audio-in jack which, as Manic! said, is the same size as a headphone jack. Typically most external mics will connect, either on their own or with an adapter. Depending on the camcorder you may not be able to adjust the volume levels though. As a result, take a couple test shots with the mic and figure out the optimal distance you need to take the audio from.

looks like something like this but depends on your camera. Also the quality of the audio you record with might not be good. I would suggest you to record it separately with a help from another person recording on the set and combine the video and audio together with a computer application.
It's what I went through when I was filming for a school project.

The best option is to use a portable audio recorder like the Zoon H4N and then sync up your audio in post production. It's what I use when I'm doing wireless lav setups.
Simply plug your mics into there and adjust your audio accordingly.

You can connect a wireless mic to a camera but wireless mics are not cheep. You are looking at spending between $300 to $500. What type of things are you trying to record?

Picked up both my Shure and Sennheiser wireless lav setups for a couple hundred each on CL. New is nice but they can be had for a decent deal if used.

Seriously though, you'll need to provide more details before anyone can recommend the right equipment for your needs.
