hmm - not a Canadian car. any additional details? somebody did it right and installed the correct DRL relay.
Could still be worth a look. This used to be a 10k car max, but maybe not anymore.
Black vaders - actually estoril/black is kind of rare.

Who knows how to fix this, I wonder what the engine codes would be.
Edit: Just called in and they wont let you run a engine code reader to the car unless you buy it. They said reason why its not running is because someone connected a code reader to it and disabled it from running.

^^ Sounds rather BS to me. Now, I'm not ruling out how a fault OBD2 reader might short out something, but more likely than not, the seller has something they don't want a potential buyer to know.

Some vehicles can have the ECU read/written to via the OBD2 port, so someone could go in, dump a bogus tune in there so it doesn't run, buy it cheap and then flash the original tune back.

Damn... that's a cheap bastard move!
If it was a private seller, I'd be surprised if the potential buyer wasn't held accountable after "killing the engine" with his OBD2 reader. But given that this was a Repo place, maybe they don't have someone accompanying the potential buyer while the potential buyer checks out the car...
