yes it kinda is. I have a lot of regular customers that come in every week but don't have an account. the regular customers who are reasonable and pleasant definitely get a better discount then those who are assholes, unless the assholes have an account. best thing to do is start building a rapport with one of the counterman. build a relationship, maybe bring coffee or something to bribe them over. sometimes a $3 coffee may save you $40+ in parts lol
