recently traded in my 2008 g35x.
In the 13 years i owned it, major issues were
Servicing and replacing rear brake system ( caliper+rotors).
Cleaning throttle body because RPM kept dropping on start up. (this one actually was a great service because I could feel the car run like new again, throttle more responsive af)
Replacing the starter motor
Radiator Fan ECU + thermostat died
The matte rubber finish on the interior trim like plasti dip peels off
Radiator hose. I think I had it replaced at least 3 times during the 13 years.
All the major repairs happened in the past two years around the 140-150 000 KM mark.
Shoulda just sold it then because the cost of repairs are more than what the car goes for on the market.
6000km oil changes, 91 gas for the entire 13 years.

I just hit 160k km and had to do the spark plugs and coil packs, but aside from that it has been very reliable!
Just make sure to check your oil often because some G's have been known to burn oil

I just hit 145km for 2006 g35, so far just replaced the radiator fan, got new tires, and did the brakes myself. My RPM has problems too when starting the engine, but that seems to have gone away after replacing the radiator fan. Does your intelligent key work?

How much did that cost you? I always do my oil change every 5000km
