Okay, I take what I said about TSN back. This Grey Cup coverage was really well done. It's the panel during Lions games that makes me cringe.
BC's turn next year. Doman gonna make it a party to remember.

Bc Lions annual warehouse sale today at practice field. From 11:00 till 2:00 pm. 40% off everything. 10:00 am for season ticket holders. Free coffee hot chocolate donuts and muffins. Oh, and free BC Lions umbrella. Damn cold, but fun times.

This year's Grey Cup is in Vancouver.
If you've been thinking of taking in some games, go with your child. This is an awesome deal. Just don't get seats in the east behind the uprights, lol. The last game I went to was a bit of a daymare. Roof open, clear skies, and the frickin' sun right there in your eyes. I wish I had one of those C-Lai welding hats.
Anyway, tickets for you and a child under 17 for $300.00. Ten home games. Cheapest tickets in town for any professional sporting event.

Definitely the Lions and Whitecaps are sweet deals if you have a kid who wants to go. Even if you only go to a small portion of the games and gift the rest it's still super cheap.

First pre-season game in Calgary. Was slated to start at 1:00, but 30 minute delay due to thunder and lightning.................
Stream on CFL+ or listen on radio AM 730 (Radio Player app or via air).
Pre-season game 2 - Home game on Friday vs the Elk is on TSN 7:00 pm.
Lol @ Calgary's TGI Friday's uni.
Lions not fielding the A Team. No Sean White, either. Actually, pre season games are a bit of a joke. Roster so full, they run out of jersey numbers, lol. Highlight to game is blonde on horseback wearing leathers - charging down the sidelines after a Calgary TD.

I usually start a new BC Lions thread each year, but the threads never got past a page or two............ so, I just added to the last thread that existed (2022). I'm glad someone actually noticed, jbol.
The Grey Cup is in the Village of Vancouver this year, so if the Lions win Albert Grey's Cup (4th Earl Grey), I totally expect one of the mods to change this thread title to BC Lions - 2024 Grey Cup Champions!

Hmmm ... not a great start to the season for the BC Lions. Leading 20-6 over Argonauts and ended up losing 35-27. Saw the highlights, Vernon got sacked a lot.
