I actually thought about opening a coffee shop with space for creators to work and sell their works. Kinda have the entire business proposal done already.
It's going to be in one of the properties I own. (location is ideal because it's in a hippie/trendy kinda area) It's another 9 or 14yrs when the lease is done (depending on whether the tenant exercise the 5yr option), and I'd be off parent duty, so, that'd be ideal time for me to work on this. No rent means I can afford to not make money on this. As long as I somehow make enough to pay the taxes and employees, I could run this forever as a non-profit kinda thing.

Holt Renfrew staff wouldn't know anyway since the valet parking is downstairs. It's also manned by kids, so taking the Lezbaru would be a safe choice.
