I placed my order online for a future timed pick up. Closest location to me had shut down so I had to go to the Oakville location.

I wish I could. I've got a two major case studies (Ontario Power Generation and Ballard Power Systems) and case competition due next week. I'll get my revenge another way and another time (CCP style)
