This 100% - I personally know girls exactly like this. Some are even worse.

Interestingly, I think you'd be surprised as to the root cause of this behaviour and mindset. Speaking from personal experience, having dated mostly fobs and just one CBC girl in the past, it's interesting how progressive and open minded most fobs are, in contrast with shockingly traditional CBC girls.

Of course I can only speak for myself, but out of all the fobs I've dated - from ESL chicks to those who have been here since high school, not one of them have ever had any expectation for guys to pay for their everything. I think for fob girls, that kind of mindset is mostly limited to girls with princess syndrome.

The only CBC girl I dated had extremely conservative, traditional Chinese parents who left mainland China in the early 80s. Their way of thinking was really strange, and my theory is that it was passed along to their daughter. Thus, it was like I was dating some CCP mindset super China girl who spoke fluent English without any accent lol.

So my theory is that CBC kids were raised by parents who left Asia in the 70s/80s/90s, before things were "modernized" - their way of thinking is stuck in the olden days, which is why CBC guys and gals often have fucked up ways of thinking that seem out of touch with today's society. I've often heard fob parents say 什麼時代了, which literally translates to "what era is this?" and roughly translates to "get with the times" or "that's so outdated". This makes me think that the vast majority of fobs or Asians in China/HK/Taiwan have moved on from some traditional ways of thinking due to convenience or lack of time from work culture. Might be wrong but curious as to what you guys think of this?

One girl I know said that she was raised by her grandparents, and because her grandpa provided for her grandma and she never had to work/pay for anything, she expects her future man to do the same. It's sad that she doesn't realize that things are pretty different compared to what they were a century ago

Girls who are actually 2 THINKS they are 9. They go thru this relationship causing pain / post trauma to the guy and the guy is cursed.

I feel that's what reality check is needed for Van girls.

If you're all 10s, then NO ONE is a 10. It holds no meaning at all, there is no merit to the quantification if everyone is the same. And yet, they'll still argue you're wrong and men just don't get it. This can also relate to them sabotaging each other with bad advice because if you make the ugly ones behave this way, it makes the prettier ones more appealing by default.

I think its women just trolling, like they have an inside club, where they all know to do this, just to mess with males.

dating is pretty lit atm, can confirm fobs are more inclined to 30% / 70% ratio, most CBCs are closer to 90/10.

I wonder if this is why I do significantly better in Asia, than I do here. On one of my dates in Korea, a girl insisted on paying because I spent so much of my time taking care of her (this is an as you should thing that I agree with), and idk if it was so that there wouldn't be a second date, but man... her eye contact game and the tension.. fml take me back to Korea hahah

Also, on the opposite spectrum if a girl pays for the entire date (other than BIC's scenario, it seems) it usually means they don't want to see you again. This is them trying to walk away with a clean conscience because they no longer owe you anything from previous dates you likely paid for. Even this though, is rare because many don't feel like they owe you a damn thing to begin with.

In my scenario, she doesn't do lashes (only glued on lashed) and doesn't get her nails or hair done. She was telling me how her coworkers (nurses) all pay at least $1000/mo to get all of those things done on a MONTHLY basis. I think leave in conditioner and other treatments is like $700 or smt. Wack.

She did ask me why men don't like it / get offended when she offers to pay on the date. Asked if it was ego. I didn't really answer, but I forgot that men are just conditioned to pay, it's not even a why thing it's a norm thing.

She said she wanted to pay cause I went to go pick her up, then drive us to Bellingham for our date, and gas is expensive. Sure, I guess. I offered to split dinner, because dinner was gonna be relatively expensive (well eating out in general is expensive, and it was gonna be more than PandaEx) but she insisted on paying.
