psssh thats prada. hermes is a different game.

Nothing in prada requires pre spending. Even in Chanel, you can just pick and choose whatever the fuck you want, you just pay the price if they have the stock.

Hermes is different, you spend 3 to 1, or 5 to 1 prespend to get a "chance" at buying their BKC (birkin, kelly, constance bags).

In vancouver we are pretty lucky as our SA has been amazing and they tell us straight up what we need to buy in order to score a quota bag.

We dont just want a BKC, we want a golden horseshoe, customization option offered to their elite

Mercedes-Benz is offering free charging at their fast chargers this weekend. It's pretty neat - shows info on charging curves and whatnot. My car doesn't charge fast but the Tesla next to me also wasn't charging that quick either, so I'm not sure if it's because MB is limiting the charging rate or whether it's a system limitation.

Thanks for the tip!!
I got back yesterday afternoon so I’m jet lagged as all hell. I left the house at 3am, grabbed a whopper and am currently sitting here charging my lezbaru. I didn’t top up the car before leaving as those pricks at work kept unplugging my lesbian for funsys

Something about this shot just feels smug as hell. Free charging, cheap lease, all the while gas is over 2 dollars a litre

I noticed they have this little green/blue bar showing availability but also state of charge. Mines at around 45% and the blue bar is about half. Very neat. Maybe this electricity is German infused electricity and therefore better than all other electricity !!! (Watch some idiot argue this in the same manner people fight about gas stations)

I’m getting up to 102kwh on the level 3. Probably because it was at 38% when I started. Radeon, you might need to turn on preconditioning of the battery. Or… they were busy and therefore limited the amount of juice delivered to each vehicle. Right now it’s slowing down slowly to around 80ish. 36%-80% took 21 minutes

You initialize with the ChargePoint app which is the same as all city of Richmond chargers. Easy peasy

Non EV drivers like to hate on the need to sit at chargers when filling up a gas car is a quick stop..... Well EV drivers be killing time by taking pics, uploading them to a 3rd party site then posting them online to talk about their charging experience! And I bet you they're happy about doing all this!

Free level 3 charging is the best! This put a bigger smile on my face than the entire two weeks in Paris

Do you precondition the battery before charge? I'm not sure exactly what happens when you do but on model 3 if your precondition the battery on the way there the battery drops real fast.

i used the precondition on my way there, maybe thats why it was able to get up to 102kwh.

And youre right, it does cause the battery % to drop quite a bit if you precondition, but since i was going to fill up anyways, it made no difference. I drove from richmond to Twassassen Mills using 6% charge. On the way back, no preconditioning, it used only 2% charge.

The theory among those who were there was throttling due to throughput limitations. Pre-conditioning probably split the difference on charge speed because other cars saw better charge rates.

The charging time didn't bother me - I went inside the mall for BOGO poutine and came out with the car nearly fully charged.

Don’t let your wife know about Hermes Horizon program. Because next thing you know, she’d want a bag name after her.
