To clarify talking stage in modern era is
- texting
- seeing in person
- not exclusive
also college and pre 24 dating is so much different than 25-28 working class

also this, globalization allows guys/girls to meet more ppl in a city vs at local third spots, ppl filter a lot harder since they have more options.
if you're 8.5/10+ you have dudes in multiple cities that can fly you out or 7/10's baiting you to go hawaii, miami, vegas, mexico.
if you're spending $500-2,000/month going on early stage dating, flying someone out isn't that bad

you can do that in 2026, you're 6'5 wthelly. out of my 6/7 in-person sample size recently, all worked well.
also went to some random in-person dating thing and it works well too, had 10+ ig's/numbers from girls approaching

back in the earlier days they probably never saw a nude girl until they had sex for the first time. you would see one hot 6.5/10 with hairy armpits and then paint her on your plane and go off to war, write a song about her, marry her at 21 and have 29 grandkids, work as an usher at the movie theatre and buy your first house at 23 for $950.
