So glad Canucks have clinched last place.
Perfect time every season to have a late surge of meaningless wins.

Any other season and they would have jumped like 4-5 spots with these wins.

True that. I read an article. Quite a few NHL agents said Vancouver is the worst run organization. Haha.

It will be a blood bath for season ending interviews. EP40 and management can't keep using excuses anymore. They messed up big time.

It only makes sense when you're the 32nd placed team. Also, those agents only spoke candidly under the protection of anonymity. Absolutely none of them will go on record and say these things despite their claims no clients want to sign here.

With that being said, you'd think at least 1 of the 3 (Rutherford, Allvin, Foote) will be removed from the equation. If they roll back all 3 for next season that would show there are no consequences for massive failure. Personally, I think Allvin gets the axe (or at least a demotion). I'd only want to see Foote replaced if it's with Malhotra. Rutherford.... I really don't know.

I think Foote needs to go. If it's player development we want, Manny is the guy. The teams not good enough to suddenly make it back to playoffs, even with a good coach, so I'd rather not keep Foote around just for the sake of tanking, it's not good for morale or development. We need to show the young players that it's worth sticking around, otherwise they'll bail too.

PA is likely the scapegoat, even though we know it's JR running the show. I think JR keeps his job tho, the team did make it to playoffs before all the drama.
