Actually there is, and it's called a fluid extractor. 
I think Badhobz and roastpuff have one.

I have one and I LOVE it lol. Changing the oil on the GTI is incredibly easy since it i has a top mounted oil filter

Those stiff-ass tubes caused such a mess. failing around everywhere like doc oco
plus always had to pump pump pump. man fuck that shit. It's slow as molasses to get the oil out. Drain plug is easy and while im down there, i can take a look at all the suspension components to make sure no bushing is torn, cracked, etc. Also take a look if there are any other leaks in and around the engine / transmission.

Clearly you don't know how to handle stiff tubes, smh, don't helicopter that shit.
Also if you have to pump pump pump you have a leak somewhere. Once you get it going it's almost self sustaining.

Gotta drain it when the oil is hot yo! I can do an oil change on the GTI in 20 minutes start to finish. Having the extractor makes it kinda fun.

The weather's been terrible in the GTA. I brought my own oil and filter to a shop in Markham (since I was going there today anyway) and it's a $20 job, in and out in 15 minutes. No fuss. Beats doing it myself.
