for the Wisesports wheels, it came with the car but didn't came with the reciept, retail was $76300yen=$760USD/ea in 2005 shows on their official web site( http://www.wisesports.co.jp/main.html ) but i think the company is not exist anymore, hoping someone who can approve me.
my camera is broken but i'll try to take some soon, here is what they looks like

judging by this picture, i think the offsets for the wisesports are +17
