excuse my ignorance but I'm not sure how UV lights will help skin unless you mean you're lacking vitmain D. If thats the case the best best is natural sun and the weather has been really nice this week so getting 15 min of natural sunlight is the best option.
You can also buy lights that mimics natural sunlight but generally these lights are very expensive and are usually for the winter time because there isn't a lot of natural sunlight.
I'm not sure about where to get these lights locally but be prepared to spend a good penny

Office Depot has them.
Shouldn't Home Depot or Rona carry them too?

those look like your average CFL's. nothing special about them. they won't be as bright as some of the special lights you can get. i think what you wanted was one with really high lumens

Im in the dark/artificial light for my whole day, Im out side for maybe 1 hour in a day. I need some light bulbs that give off the same type of light as the sun.

Ya psoriasis.
I ahve spots all over my body and i want 100% coverage. The cream is a bitch to apply to hundreds of small spots every day.
Im thinking of going to the tanning salon as ive heard that helps alot too

I'm not sure if commercial tanning salons would help, but you can go to specialists and they can set you up for the special light treatment. There is one right by VGH.
My psoriasis is making a comeback because the sun has been gone for such a long time

Naturallighting.com
These are probably the closest you can get to real sunlight. I think they have a rating of 91 CRI (100 CRI being sunlight).
I've ordered from the site a few times. Pretty happy w/ their service. They replaced a bulb free of charge when it arrived cracked, even covered for shipping. And they always declare much less than what you pay for w/o asking
