Differences from 6.0 to 10.2 MP DSLR
Like the title states, is there that much of a difference from 6.0 to 10.2? I'm looking into buying the D60, but the price between the D60 and the D40 is almost 200. Is it worth forking out the extra $200 for the extra 4 MP?

I think D60 would be a good choice.. you can find them on craigslist for a good price.

Though I know very little about Nikons (I'm a Canon user), there is much more you should be looking at than the Mpixels when considering one body over another.
Search for reviews online and do lots of reading. I'm sure you will be able to find direct comparisons.

Reading online reviews pales in comparison to actually going out to the camera store and playing with the camera to see if you like it or not.

If you don't know much about cameras, going out and playing with one won't do you much good except with camera feel. Reading reviews (good ones) will help you understand what the camera can and cannot do. Similarily, a good salesman could do this. You might have to go to a real camera shop to find one of those.
