looking to take over someone's lease with a budget of 400 to 500 dollars a month.

the $400-$500 price range would be hard to get those 3 cars you want. Even a Civic Si is around $380/month [ with 10% downpayment ].
Unless the current lesses paid a huge downpayment.
Anyways, I also wanted to take over a S2000 lease ( although, I do not think there are many S2000 still being leased )

I think your wrong dude...he can probably pick up a S2000,G35,350Z from a dealership and finance once for about that budget. It'll probably a 48month term though. Remember S2K are about as low as 15-16K...depending on condition of course. G35 and 350z are probably more on the higher side since they range about $20K+

Yes...im assuming that people rather lease so they can get a car of a higher value in a lesser amounts of payment per month. Considering that his budget is $400-500, i recommended that he should rather finance since cars such as S2000, 350Z, G35 are usually not leased, but financed because they have been out for quite some time now.
You should look around for private sale dude...there are many good offers up...all you gotta do is have them checked out. You'll save a ton of cash :P....remember that dealerships obtain these cars from used car markets/auctions and flip em for huge profits with ther bs waranty :P
