Any good late night drinking places in Richmond?
Any nice coffee shops, bbt places, or drinking lounges?
Preferably something more quiet and not too busy.

Because of the stupid Richmond Laws there is no establishment that opens past 2am and even those are few and far in between, 90% of them are forced to close by midnight from their Liquor Licenses. Absolute Gay.

I don't know if you would call it nice, but quiet would be Blenz on 3RD or Garden City (24hrs)
Pearl Castle for bubble tea, opened till 2am, but fairly busy and definitely loud.
Twinkle for bubble tea too on Alexander Rd, quieter than Pearl Castle.
