They're called Arab scarves, or Shemagh. You can get them at places like H&M, Urban Planet, Aritzia, anywhere

yeah before they became a fashion accessory, and before they came in these gay colors and started to sell in these huge retail stores, I used to buy them off ebay for real fucking cheap, most of them were made in central asia, or south east asia. I went through 3 of them because of the cheap dyes, and the fact that I use them in the field.

Off the wall, H&M, Urban Behaviour, Sirens, Garage = $5-$10
Le Chateau, Zara had some too but I believe they were about $15-$20.
