COuple questions>
Is your DOHC now?
if not, its not a direct fit
IF yours IS DOHC
then all you'll need is to swap over your fuel rail and exhaust manifold. You dont have to go Boost at this point, but its a wicked price for even a replacement motor that has the capabilities to go boost in the future.
