Hi,
Does anyone have experience about these?
I had them installed last Sept. 08. into my 2000 Civic SiR
and ever since, I get only 350 KM

I used to have up to 450 KM on each full tank!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

RSM doesn't do that so check the settings inside the S-AFC.
Or you just have a lead foot now as that Apexi box is in your view.

RSM is essentially just a fancy LCD screen to show data; it has nothing to do with fuel mileage. As for the VAFC, did you ever get it tuned? Or did you just plug it in, set up some random numbers and hoped for the best?

Did you change the cam? Why would you need a V-AFC?

Ezekiel 25:17. The path of the righteous man is beset on all sides by the inequities of the selfish and the tyranny of evil men. Blessed is he who, in the name of charity and good will, shepherds the weak through the valley of the darkness. For he is truly his brother's keeper and the finder of lost children. And I will strike down upon thee with great vengeance and furious anger those who attempt to poison and destroy my brothers. And you will know I am the Lord when I lay my vengeance upon you.

the VAFC might have a wrong tune in it or something.
I remmeber plugging one into my prelude years ago, and messing with settings killin gmy mileage.
Try unplugging it, resetting your ecu (i'm pretty sure a battery pull will do it) and drive for 2 tanks of gas, and see how the mileage is. If it improves, then your settings are screwing it up.
