I believe they're +40 offset. Comes with 185/60/15 goodyear all season tires. Tires have enough threads that will last you till next time it snows.
No curbs or scratches. There's dirt on them that I haven't clean it yet, it should come off with some wheel cleaning solution. For now I'll give it 8/10
