Sinus infection making my teeth hurt?
What kind of pain usually occurs when you have a sinus infection? I'm experiencing pain in my top right teeth, jaw is a bit sore and my head feels heavy. This usually occurs 2 times a year, the last time was in Nov and my dentist did do x-rays but couldn't find anything so he gave me antibiotics. I know it's not a cavity because I can eat and drink everything with any pain or sensitivity.

DUDE, I thought I was the only one. A week and a half ago I got a sinus infection, which Im still blowing lime green, but my teeth felt REALLY sensitive and sore. I've noticed it more on my top teeth, it almost feels like your hold ice between your teeth. Its been very achy, and is really beginning to piss me off.

it's perfectly normal.
Your sinus expands when it's infected and puts pressure on your superior alveolar nerves going into your top teeth.
pain should go away with your sinus infection

Just make sure you're getting treated for the sinus infection. Otherwise, the infection could make an abscess which could potentially get to/reach your gums.

So I had myself checked out today, the doc asked a few questions like when was the last time I visited my dentist (it was only 3 months ago) and where most of the pain was. I told him it wasn't dental pain and told him about feeling light headed, sneezing like a mofo when I get up and feeling a lot of pressure around my eyes and cheeks.. He did a brief check up in my mouth, tapped the top teeth to make sure it was dental related and finished off by saying I had extremely healthy teeth. He basically gave me antibiotics but said if the pain doesn't go away that I might have to visit my dentist for x-rays but he suspects its a sinus infection because I had one 6 months ago.
