marijuana testing
how long does marijuana stay in the system for a first and one time user
around 77kg around 180cm.
trying to not get caught in a full body check-up before army
check-up includes blood and urine test. not hair.
more specifically,
any users with experience of getting negative in a urine/blood test for weed?
how long since u last smoked from the day of test, and how frequent, and body build?
thanks...
some anwers of google say 6 month and some say 1month,.... i rather hear from experiences. thanks.

Yeah it's 6-12 months if I remember correctly.
You could always say it's 2nd hand smoke at a rock concert. But it better be a real low level if you want to be believed. And yeah, the military takes a real dim view of pot use.

haha i'm going to basic training soon and i smoked pot about a month ago. I'm guessing i should be fine by now.
Are you just getting your tests before joining the army to see if you qualify?

i had to take a urine test a week (7 days) after i smoked and tested negative.
Some tips:
Excercise often to make yourself sweat, after smoking weed the THC traces are stored in your fat. DRINK WATER to flush out your system (10 cups a day) and piss, piss, and piss. Do not excercise for 2 days prior to your test. The first piss of your day (morning) contain the most toxins so if its possible, do not take the test in the morning. When taking the test, the beginning of your piss and the end of your piss are prone to hold more traces, so piss in the urinal first, then piss in the cup, and finally finish it off in the urinal.
