i owned an 06 lancer rally, i think stock was 120hp... my buddy told me that i wasnt able to get power out of my car. its true, you can get exhaust, intake but doesnt give much. if you want power, youd better off getting the ralliaart version of the lancer which starts at 174 hp or an evo. if you want to keep your lancer, it will be more work, mods and $$$ to give it more HP.

Basics for more hp are exhaust headers, cold air intake (i suggest AEm or Fujita), computer reflash ( more aggressive timing and different air/fuel mixtures)
you can get a catback exhaust but imo it doesn't really provide more power just noise and appearance, the headers would give more power that you can feel
If you want to spend more then camshaft and intake manifold
and if you have about $5000-7000 to spend on it then turbo kit
