I live 2 blocks from there. The area has gotten shady in the past few years. The area used to be full of semi-retired Chinese people. Now many other asians have moved in.

is it true that it stinks down there in the summer? because of the fraser river?
and is it noisy cuz of the train? i see pretty nice apartments and townhomes there

Wouldn't that be the fraserview area? I would imagine with homes well over a million dollars in that area now that it's attracting a lot of people with "new money".

oh, i meant south of marine today, victoria goes all the way down to kent, i meant the area between marine and kent
town homes there aren't too expensive, cheaper than the ones at champlain mall at least...

I drove by at about 1030. saw the aftermath there were like 4 unmarked police vehicles and a bunch of undercover officers.
i had no idea what happpened.
when i drove by again at 11 45 there were still a cops there.
