There actually was this Chinese guy that lived near the 29th Nanaimo Skytrain station that got busted years back for modding peoples video games and all that. I think his name was Jason but I dont remember.

yeah, i got my PS and PS2 modded by him and then heard the same story. i think he tried to start a satellite receiver shop on kingsway or something? i think that's why he got busted.
anyways, a couple of years ago, i found a brand new HD PVR on Craigslist and it turned out to be him selling it (different house).
