kinda true,
but then again .. most ppl here are probably still using windows xp. XP user will have to purchase full version Windows 7 when it gets released. with windows vista you will just need to buy the Windows 7 upgrade version which would save a lot down the road.
once again THIS IS Ultimate Edition which means you can change the platform to any language you like.
