Looking for some winter rims, specifically, but I'll consider anything. Especially if they're Volvo alloys. The more Volvo, the happier I am.

If 15's will work, I have a set of really good condition OEM steelies for $50

Can mount an almost brand new pair of 195/65/15 on 2 for $150 (rims/tires) and there's a place by my house that will balance for $5/wheel.
