tynelol, advil and other painkillers
if i take 2-6 of them a day, would that have any side effect on my body?

Generally, it will depend on which ones, how much of a dosage, how often, and for how long.
Following the "recommended dosage" on the pill box (it usually says 'after three days if the pain is still there go see a doctor'), you'll be ok. If you're taking it for longer than that, you've gotta ask why the pain is there in the first place.

umm well (correct me if i'm wrong) but if u take pain killers u block off the part where the brain sends the signal that you are in pain. And if u take too much pain killers your brain will send more signals = more pain.
ps. pain killers can cause kidney damage
