Winter Break Seasonal Job?
does anyone have any idea where I can find a seasonal job for december?
my current p/t wont be giving more hours during the break.
wage $10+/hr & 20 hours a week preferred.

retail is your best bet.
however, you would be hard pressed to find one that pays 10+
big box stores usually hire a lot for seasonal

Try the big box retail stores - Future Shop, Best Buy, London Drugs. Also try retail stores such as Bell, Fido, Telus and Rogers dealers.

Check the malls. Some places only hire for seasonal until December 24th. The engraving shop I used to work at hired for November/December with the position ending on the 24th.
But none of them will offer you $10/hr. Not for seasonal when they can get high schoolers for $8/hr.

a lot of malls (richmond centre, oakridge, pacific centre) is hiring seasonal. Go check on their website for job posting. Not sure if that's what you're looking for bcos the wages isn't as high as what u want it to be

im fine with lower wages..however i cant work more than 20 hours a week on top of the one i have now..do seasonal p/t usually want you to work close to 30hours?
edit: NM, my current workplace is closed for 2 weeks during the break!

i worked at sportchek seasonal for 9/h and ae is hiring right now for seasonal but im not too sure how much they paying
