The bay, just bought a nice black jones new york shirt for $40 and if you have SPC/other discounts it works too 
And they have an immense selection year round

Ok if you don't mind traveling down to the states, I would recommend Nordstrom Rack in Seattle or Lynnwood. They have Calvin Klein, DKNY, and some other designer slim fits for $19.95-24.95 USD. If you're also looking for ties they have pretty nice ties for $20 that you would easily be paying $140 for.
