Receipts don't mean much, they're easily faked or can be swapped with a real one.
I just bought my gf a necklace from the Tiffany store on Burrard so I would consider myself to be pretty knowledgeable after conducting a lot of research before purchasing. The engraving on yours is a lot larger than the one in the stock photo and the letters should appear black, not white. Where's the velvet bag? or the white ribbon? (option of red ribbon if you bought it near Christmas.)
Edit: Tiffany and Co DOESN'T authenticate anything you bring into their store. Even if you say you bought it from their store they won't authenticate it for you.

i'm backing mickz up here
even if you know nothing about T&Co, even from the photo that the seller provided, the words look way smaller than in the picture he took. i've seen this exact bracelet and it looks exactly like the photo that the seller provided (not the one he took with a camera), and the one that he took with his camera, if you look closely, the words seem to almost be too packed into the heart pendant
@ mickz - velvet bag is always provided, but the ribbon isn't always. they ask you whether or not you want it. when i got rings for the gf and myself, i had hers ribboned up, and mine left with just the box. with that being said, since this was a gift to his (ex)girlfriend, i would assume that there'd be ribbon
