unsure if it's sold or not, but I noticed a really clean one at Original Applewood Motors, also known as crossborder on fraser highway in langley.... It's priced around what you're looking to spend.

theres a red one sitting under aurhtur laing (sp?) bridge (couple buildings down from budget car rental on granville)
not sure if its still there. they want 29k for it.

BALLER!! Good luck on your hunt, these things are very hard to find in good condition for a decent price.
I just randomly searched craigslist and found this:

Get a Canadian model, a lot of the imported NSX's are lemons unless you imported it yourself with tons of research!

There was one sitting @ winn automotive in Kelowna, didn't look to closely but looked good from 50', but they do have a few shady cars.

The red NSX is Manual but one problem.. high km, i'm looking for less km.

my friend is selling his nsx. it's a red 91 with only 18k on it, mint condition, no accidents except someone bumped his door in a parking lot. he wants more then 30g's but you get what you pay for. let me know if your interested. pm reply

There is quite a few NSX's on the island. im not sure but there may be a black one for sale for i think 22k, i know someone else was selling a red on for 24k over here as well. obvious thing to say but usedvictoria,usednanaimo...
